VERINGER is looking for engineering recruiters to help us to hire the best talent available worldwide. It will be necessary to create ways to identify passive candidates and to contact engineers working to show our current and future vacancies.
Roles covered by the Recruitment Consultant for Engineering include Project Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Pîping Designers, Electrical Engineers, Civil Engineers, etc.
To design a targeted recruiting strategy to hire the best engineers, will be necessary because it is probably that a large percentage of them will be working.
There will be always a timeline so it is very important to be highly organized, to manage tools confidently like LinkedIn or similar, job boards, CRM and data base.
