Descripción:
International company is looking for an Electromechanical / Chemical Engineer.
Functions:
• Perform design activities on process systems involving cooling water, compressed gases and vacuum;
• Design activities on mechanical systems involving manufacturing processes with tight tolerances and robotics.
• Drafting sketches and schematic representations (PFDs, P&IDs, etc.).
• Design of products and systems using CAD
• Calculations and numerical simulations (FEM, CFD, thermos-hydraulic system codes, vacuum simulations through Monte Carlo, etc.).
• Preliminary definition of manufacturing processes for the designed components.
• Prototyping and testing of the designed solutions.
• Writing technical reports in English.
Requirements:
• Master of Science degree in electromechanical engineering, in chemical engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with design of systems for nuclear/oil & gas/pharmaceutical/chemical/food Industry (for the position of designer of process systems).
• Experience with design of systems involving kinematics, dynamics, material properties and material behaviour, structural analysis (for the position of designer of mechanical systems).
• Good command of CAD tools.
• Capability of performing numerical simulations.
• Knowledge and experience in implementing industrial codes & standards in system design.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to produce technical specifications and reports in English.
3 weeks every 2 months in Myrrha, or 1 week a month.
